It features Monitor Audio’s MMPII bass driver (a 6.5” cone to be more specific) to deliver low end frequencies, and when combined with the 2 tweeters, a fantastic sound is created with a wide variety of frequencies and detail, plus the added convenience of the C165 being an in-ceiling speaker means it will hide away well. The mounting system on all of the speakers in the Series 100 and 200 speakers allows for 25% less time to install, a smooth clamping mechanism and a large clamping surface area.
