Who are you?: Disount Eectrical are the internet/mail order trading arm of the long established electrical high street retailer Roy Jowett Ltd, with a wealth of experience in the field, we are no .com startup! How come it's so much cheaper?: Well it all comes down to two things, the low overheads of a mail order business mean we can offer the products at a much reduced rate, shop rent and rates are expensive, so are staff, upkeep, vehicles, and the list goes on... this means you are unlikely to get the best prices on the high street. The second of course is 30 years of trading relationship with big names like Panasonic, Onkyo, Monitor Audio, Tannoy, QED, Themescene, TEAC, InFocus and many more - we buy in bulk to keep cost low.

So it must be 'Grey Import Stock then'?: NO we only supply 100% UK stock - the service and warranty implications of 'Grey' are a nightmare and a complete false economy in our view - the specifications are also sometimes different. The easy way to spot a Grey TV is if the cabinet is sold seperately, all our TV's come with FREE cabinet.

So it's Seconds/damaged then? : NO we only supply perfect UK stock, the same stock as if you went to your local high street to buy the product, just in most cases a lot cheaper.

So you charge a fortune for delivery then?: NO - Express delivery to most parts of Mainland UK is FREE of charge - regardless of Weight! Evening and saturday delivery are chargeable options.

Credit card surcharge?: NO - the price you see is the price you pay!
